        
"Sterling Tutors" was organized in 1998 under the direction of
Natalie S. Alamdar, M.Ed. in Orlando, FL. After 25 years of experience in
education, Natalie felt a significant urge to create an affordable program where
students of all ages could receive private tutoring at a location convenient for
both the student and the tutor. The goal to provide one to one assistance
with any subject area and/or standardized test is the key to the operation whereby students may interview
(free of charge) a prospective tutor in order to schedule tutoring
sessions. Parents/students are relieved to know that our tutors will
monitor student progress through a weekly monitor form, if requested. This
is a form that is designed by each tutor to fit his/her style and is sent weekly
via student to his/her teacher.
The company has grown to encompass thousands of individuals who
are motivated to work with a private tutor who will explain topics in depth at a
pace comfortable to them. On the other hand, our list of tutors continues
to grow whereby tutors benefit from exceptional pay to freedom in scheduling
work hours at a convenient location.
