Internet Registration Form
Please Note: This form may be downloaded by tutors and used to place a
listing in our "tutor locator" section so that parents/students may
contact them directly to arrange tutoring sessions. A registration fee of
$20/month is required for each listing (Please Note: As a courtesy to
you, we will place your first month's ad in one listing free of charge - just
send us your info). You are always welcome to place more
than one listing - just complete the information below and include the
appropriate fee. Payment may be made in the form of check or
money order made payable to "Sterling". Credit card (Am.
Exp./Visa/Master Card) payments are accepted with an additional $5.00
processing fee - just include a signed copy of your credit card. Automatic deduction by
check or credit card is also available - please contact us for details.
Please keep in mind that your payments are tax deductible. We ask that you allow 24 hours for your listing to post once your information and fee
is received. Your information will be listed on a first come - first
serve basis. Be sure to read the information we've included in our
"Become A Tutor" section - should you have any questions, just let
us know!
